Description: This 45-minute workshop is designed to help youth build empathy through active learning, reflection, and group connection. Developed for use by staff as young as 16, this session can be delivered in afterschool programs, summer camps, classrooms, or club settings. The workshop follows the Happy, Healthy, and Safe philosophy and provides a supportive framework for building emotional intelligence and social awareness in youth ages 7–15.
